3 TSP RICE WINE VINEGAR
2 TSP TAMARI OR SOY SAUCE

TASTE AND ADD WATER, MORE RICE VINEGAR OR SUGAR (PER YOUR TASTE PREFERENCES), SET ASIDE
COOK YOUR SOBA NOODLES OVER THE STOVE PER PACKET INSTRUCTIONS
STRAIN, RINSE AND COAT WITH SOME SESAME OIL, MIXING THROUGH TO STOP THE NOODLES CLUMPING/STICKING TOGETHER. SET ASIDE
PREPARE SALAD INGREDIENTS, TOSSING TOGETHER TO COMBINE
POUR OVER 3/4 OF THE DRESSING AND TOSS AGAIN
DIVIDE SALAD BETWEEN BOWLS/PLATES. ADD YOUR PICKLED RADISH, AVOCADO, REST OF DRESSING AND OTHER LISTED SERVING INGREDIENTS
